Every day, the tourists of over 40 hotels and pensions are using the products branded the company.
The company now exploits the hydromineral pool by 30 sources for internal treatment (crenotherapy). There are also 5 wells for external treatment. They offer treatment to around 4000 patients per day.
The business must be considered as a whole integrated tourism system. This includes the current state and medium (2-5 years) perspective. It also covers the 5-10 years perspective and the final maturation of the business.
The entire essential elements of the business exponential growth are owned completely by our client, the seller.
The business awaits new ownership with updated management. It also looks anticipates a new general business marketing plan.
There is no point in taking the current turnover into consideration. Use it only as a reference point. It only reflects an individual type of tourism.

By putting into operation the new 4 stars/5 stars hotel, the accommodation capacity increases with 130%, the catering capacity increases with 260%-390% (2-3 meals/day/tourist), and the treatment base capacity increases with 75% (from 4.000 daily procedures as of now to 7.000 daily procedures in the future).
The new 4 stars/5 stars hotel caters to a new segment – the premium and the luxury tourism segments.
The new ownership must consider selling lifetime packages for the 4 stars/5 stars hotel. These packages would be for annually determined periods of time. This practice is mature in the West but still in its infancy in Romania. Putting into operation this specific business idea (3-5 years) will bring in 30-40 million Euros.
Another tourism segment can be catered to, the recreational tourism, by developing an aqua resort on a 7.700 square meters surface and a heliport, which will bring in another significant profit stream.

2. The Hotel****
The location is in the center of the resort. It has a lodging capacity of 408 places. These include single, double, and triple rooms, as well as suites. All rooms come with their own balconies and bathrooms.
Restaurant – 464 places is located on the hotel’s mezzanine. It has three dining rooms, with an overall capacity of 464 places. One dining room serves dietetic meals, and menus by the book. Different events may be organized there. The kitchen of the restaurant is equipped with apparatus conforming to European standards. It has its own laundry and its own confectionery and pastry laboratory. There are also multiple rooms for storage.
Treatment base 1 – Land : 2850 sqm
Treatment Base 1 – is located within the hotel on the ground floor. It has 14 cabinets that meet international standards. These cabinets allow the performance of procedures like electrotherapy, physiotherapy, and massage. They also accommodate underwater showers and galvanic baths. Additionally, thermotherapy procedures using laser therapy and lymphatic massage are performed.
The treatment base is endowed with its own laboratory of medical tests, of hematology and biochemistry.
• At the ground floor of the hotel, there are four medical rooms. These rooms are available for consultations in the specialty of physical medicine of recovery and balneology. There is also a bar of mineral waters and a pharmacy.

The mineral waters are sulfurous and chlorinated. They have low levels of iodine, bromine, sodium, calcium, and magnesium. There are some trace minerals, along with other hypotonia and respectively isotope elements.
It has been found that almost all chemical elements are found in the mineral waters. These include anions like Chlorine (Cl), Bromine (Br), and Flour (F). Other anions are Arsenic (As), Iodine (I), bicarbonate ions (Co3H), sulfate (SO4), and phosphate (Po4). The cations include Sodium (Na), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), and Iron (Fe).
The Hotel, restored between 2005-2006, with a lodging capacity of 88 places, with double rooms and suits. The hotel has as well a saloon for meal with a capacity of 40 places, as well as a parking.
The hotel has its own gas station. It also offers a free yard of around 2,000 sq m. Guests can spend leisure time in open air there.
