Directions for use
- Open the serum and apply using the brush on the upper lash line once a day as you would when applying eyeliner. Do not pump the bottle too much since it might waste formula. Be sure to apply at the roots of your lashes on the upper eyelid.
- Apply before going to bed and after cleansing your face. If used in the morning, apply after cleansing your face and before you do your make up.
- Application twice daily is possible, keep in mind that your product will finish quicker, and results will only speed up a little.
- External use only – do not place inside the eye.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water in case product comes in contact with your eyes.
- Discontinue use and contact us, or your doctor, if irritation develops and persists.
- Do not use the serum or applicator over or after makeup application. Always use after you have cleansed your skin and eyes from all makeup.
- Results may vary for each individual, based on the health and condition of your eyelash follicle, and is dependent on regular and daily application.

Returns
We havea 7-day return policy, which means our customers have7 working days, after the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@motherkindco.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Customers are to inspect the delivered item(s) upon receipt. Any defective, damaged or incorrectitem(s) needs to be reported to orders@motherkindco.co.zawithin 7 working days ofdelivery.
Wewill arrange collection of the return-goods and notify thecustomer via email once the return-goods have been received, inspected and whether the refundrequest has been approved or declined. If approved, refunds will be processed via EFT and thecustomer is to provide us with their banking confirmation details. Please be aware that it can takesome time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email orders@motherkindco.co.za.
Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Motherkind issubject toavailability. In case of unavailability, we will,where possible,offer a substitute product or refund the client in full within 30 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method unless payment was made via an EFT, in which case refundwill be processed via EFT oncethecustomer hasprovided us with their banking confirmation details.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
